Psychology Practice

Work can provide us with positive and rewarding experiences, but it can also involve stress, uncertainty, conflict and other challenges that can affect how we think, feel and function in our daily lives.

Weekday Wellbeing is a psychology practice providing services to individuals and businesses that focus specifically on these unique workplace-related challenges.

Our Services

Individual Consultations

Confidential psychological support for people experiencing challenges related to their work, career, mental health and wellbeing. Individual consultations may involve exploring the effects of work-related difficulties (e.g., stress, anxiety and burnout), specific workplace challenges (e.g., workplace change, uncertainty and conflict), targeted aspects of mental health and wellbeing (e.g., confidence, motivation and resilience) and/or practical skills (e.g., communication, boundary setting and relationship management skills).

Corporate Services

Practical psychological services designed to support businesses in understanding workplace wellbeing and related challenges. Corporate services include presentations and workshops addressing topics such as workplace communication and behaviour, interpersonal/social skills, psychosocial safety/risk. Presentations and workshops can be in person (at your place of business) or delivered online. Direct consultations can also be arranged and content can be adapted to the needs, context and objectives of your business.

Our Approach

Workplace issues are not only relevant to the individual. They can often involve highly complex relationships and rules for communication and behaviour that are shaped by each organisation’s environment and workplace culture. Our approach recognises that people and workplaces influence one another, which is why we provide services to both individuals and businesses.
